Refund policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. We apologise if this is not the case.
We can only accept Returns and Refunds from the person who placed the order.
1. If you’ve changed your mind about your order
- Please contact us at info@gledfielddistillery.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned to us within 28 days. Please return to:
Unit 1A2, Blarliath Industrial Estate, Shore Road, Tain, IV19 1EB.
- The item must be packaged and returned to us unopened, undamaged and with the relevant paperwork.
- It is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charge to return the item(s).
- The risk of returning the item is your responsibility. We advise you to obtain proof of postage. We accept no liability for loss or damage that may occur during the return of the item.
- Once we have received the item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
- We will refund the price of the item plus the standard delivery charge to the same debit or credit card supplied at time of purchase.
2. If your order has not arrived
- Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. There may be delays due to high order numbers especially at Christmas.
- Please contact us at info@gledfielddistillery.com if your order has not arrived within 30 days. We will offer you a refund or send you a replacement if your order has gone missing in transit.
- Where a replacement is not available due to the item being discontinued or out of stock, you will be given a refund.
- No compensation will be given.
3. If an item has arrived damaged or broken
- Please contact us immediately at info@gledfielddistillery.com with photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging.
- If a return is necessary, we will arrange for Royal Mail or a courier to collect the damaged item. We will send you instructions.
- At your choice, we will either:
- Refund the price of the item to the same debit or credit card supplied at time of purchase within 14 days.
- Send you a replacement.
- No compensation will be given.
4. If you have received an incorrect item in your order
- Please contact us immediately at info@gledfielddistillery.com with photographic evidence and we will resolve.
5. If you are missing an item from your order
- Please contact us immediately at info@gledfielddistillery.com with photographic evidence and we will resolve.
